I I confirm and understand that there must be someone present on my stand at all times throughout the event (dates and times outlined in the contract).
I confirm and understand that my stand may be a mix of white painted MDF and brickwork wall.
I confirm and understand that set-up begins at 11am on Thursday 1st of December and all stands must be completely set up by 4 pm latest.
I confirm and understand that all artwork and additional furniture from my stand must be vacated between 6 and 8pm, on Sunday 4th December.
I confirm and understand that all sales must go through LIF tills.
I confirm that no electrical heaters are to be used during the event.
I confirm that all electricals (including phone chargers) brought in by exhibitors must be brought in before 1 pm on set-up day for PAT testing (Thursday 1st Dec)
I confirm and understand that all MDF walls must be returned to their original state at the end of the fair.
I confirm and understand that my position within the fair is only confirmed once the contract has been signed and returned, and full payment has been received.
